MINOR PROGRAM IN GENERAL PSYCHOLOGY

Psychology is the   study of mental and behavioural processes of humans and animals. The minor   program in General Psychology aims to introduce students from all disciplines to   the scientific study of human behaviour. Students who complete this program are   expected to be familiar with the major genres of psychology in both theoretical   and applied sense.

Elective   Courses

  • Students must be   enrolled in a minimum of one course from each of the three categories below. The   remaining credits can be completed by taking courses listed in these categories.   The course categories will be updated each semester to reflect the availability   and nature of the elective courses.  
  • The minimum credit   requirement in elective courses: 21 credits
  • The credit   requirement for compulsory courses: 3 credits 
  • The minimum total   credit requirement: 24 credits
